Refund policy
At The Eden Lab, we understand that buying plants online can be a unique experience, and we want our customers to be satisfied with their plant purchase. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your order you can return it within 7 working day after receiving your order and we will process full refund for you, no questions asked:
In order to request a refund, you must first contact our customer service team at info@theedenlab.co.uk. We will proceed to assess each case on an individual basis and shall provide the customer with a solution (return, replacement, or refund without return). This communication must happen within 7 working days after receiving your order. Return cost are covered by the customer and must be posted back through the same or equivalent shipping service that was used to ship the order.
Replacement or refund will be issued if the order is lost in transit, or the plant is dead on arrival. Please contact our customer service team at info@theedenlab.co.uk and we will sort it out for you.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
For international Orders: we only cover refund or replacement (if possible) if the order is rejected at local border phytosanitary inspections. International shipping is traumatic to the plant, while we do our best to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition, we cannot ensure that the plant won't deteriorate during international shipping.
