Shipping policy

Plant Products purchased from The Eden Lab are shipped from our nursery and or Laboratory.

Plant orders within the United Kingdom: We aim to ship orders within 1 working day, however shipping may take longer if the backlog of orders is too high. 

International orders: Processing time is 2 to 5 weeks from the time the payment is received. This is to prepare phytosanitary certificate.  

Wholesale orders: Processing time is 1 weeks to 4 months, depending on current stock and Laboratory or Nursery propagation time required. We will communicate an estimate when a request for a wholesale order is made, please contact info@theedenlab.co.uk for details.

Plant accessories for sale (if any) may be shipped from partner overseas and usually take 2 to 5 weeks to be delivered.
