Plant products purchased from The Eden Lab are shipped from our nursery. We aim to ship orders within 1 working day, however shipping may take longer if the backlog of orders is too high. 

With regards to refunds please check the Refund policy.

The shop accepts payments via major payment platform and debit/credit cards. We can accept customers' requests for additional payment methods, such as Venmo, Wise... The order will be shipped when the payment as reached our bank account. Please contact info@theedenlab.co.uk for details. 

All orders are subject to cancellation if the customer has not paid in full.

We endeavor to fulfill customer orders as quickly as possible, however we can not be held responsible for weather conditions or other uncontrollable circumstances that may cause delayed shipments.

With regards to variegated plant orders, due to the unstable nature of this trait, we cannot guarantee that the plant will remain variegated over time or won't eventually become fully variegated.

International orders: minimum amount is £500 not including shipping and phytosanitary certificate fees, please contact info@theedenlab.co.uk to place an international order. Processing time is 2 to 5 weeks, in order to prepare phytosanitary certificate. Payment to bank account is required for international orders. 

Wholesale orders: minimum amount is £500, not including shipping and phytosanitary certificate fees if applicable. If the plants aren't ready and require laboratory or nursery propagation we will communicate the ETA to produce the amount of plants ordered. 50% payment of the invoice is required to initiate the production, this amount is non refundable unless we aren't able to complete the order. In that case the payment be fully refunded. Once the plants are ready, the outstanding amount is payed and we will process shipping. Payment to bank account is required for Wholesale orders.
